What is the difference between Metatech Perú and Robert AI?

Metatech Perú SAC is the company: it designs, builds and integrates tailored technology solutions for each organization. Robert AI is a Metatech product: a platform of ready-to-deploy AI agents for processes such as sales, support or ecommerce. A project can use one, the other or both.

Does Metatech replace the systems an organization already has?

Not necessarily. Metatech prioritizes integrating and modernizing in stages: connecting the existing ERP, core or CRM through APIs and automating on top of them. Replacing a system is recommended only when the technical and cost analysis justifies it.

Does Metatech only work in Peru?

Metatech Perú is based in Lima and works with organizations in Peru and in other countries that operate in Spanish or English. Projects are run remotely or in a hybrid model depending on their nature.
