1. Data controller
The data controller is Metatech Perú SAC, tax ID RUC 20614250004, domiciled in Lima, Peru. For any question about this policy or your personal data, write to [email protected].
Processing is carried out in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733, the Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data you give us voluntarily:
- Contact form: name, company, job title, email, phone (optional), country, main need and message.
- Guided assessment: your answers are processed anonymously. Only if you request contact at the end do we record your name, email and, optionally, company and job title.
- Site assistant: the content of the messages you write and, if you ask to talk to the team, the contact details you provide.
Please do not include passwords, financial data or other sensitive information in your messages.
3. Purposes and consent
- To respond to your request and prepare the corresponding commercial or technical conversation. This processing requires your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
- To occasionally send you content and news from Metatech Perú. This processing is optional, is authorized with a separate box and can be withdrawn at any time.
We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal effects, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own commercial purposes.
4. Site measurement
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools. We record our own aggregate usage statistics —page visited, language, referring domain and campaign parameters— without storing IP addresses, persistent identifiers or user profiles.
Only two first-party technical cookies are used, strictly necessary for form security: the session cookie and the CSRF protection token. They do not identify the visitor, do not require consent and expire with the session.
5. Processors and transfers
Data is stored on hosting infrastructure contracted by Metatech Perú SAC, whose servers may be located outside Peru. In that case there is a cross-border data flow limited to hosting and email delivery, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
The assistant uses published Metatech knowledge. If DeepSeek is enabled, the message and recent conversation context are sent to its API to generate a response. The Robert AI catalogue is read-only and receives no conversations. Meta processes communications sent through WhatsApp. The optional FileMind connection provides activity metrics without messages or contact details.
6. Retention
- Requests and contact details: for as long as the business relationship lasts or until you request deletion.
- Conversations with the assistant: up to 180 days.
- WhatsApp operational inbox (encrypted recipient and messages): up to 30 days; assistant history follows the conversation retention period.
- Aggregate usage statistics: up to 13 months.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected] from the email address you registered or by proving your identity. We will respond within the time limits set by law.
If you believe your request has not been addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of the Peruvian Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data: encryption in transit, role-based access control to the internal console, an audit log of administrative actions and backups.
9. Changes to this policy
We will publish any change on this page, stating the update date. If the change affects the purposes of processing, we will ask for your consent again where applicable.
